In accordance with the regulations of the Measures for the Administration on Qualifications of the Enterprises Undertaking the Foreign Aid Materials Projects (Order of the Ministry of Commerce [2011] No. 2) and the Notice of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China on the Work Relating to the Document of Approval Concerning the Renewal Qualifications of Enterprises Undertaking the Foreign Aid Material Projects (S. Y. H. [2011] No. 776), the Ministry of Commerce has launched the qualifications renewal for enterprises undertaking the foreign aid project in September 2011. So far, the qualifications renewal has completely ended, totally 114 enterprises undertaking the foreign aid project have applied the qualifications renewal, and 105 enterprises failing to apply for the qualifications renewal within the time limit specified have been disqualified automatically. The qualification renewal results are as follows:
With examination, among the 114 enterprises applied for the qualification renewal, 98 have passed the qualification renewal (7 upgraded and 1 degraded), and 16 have been disqualified due to failing to meet the requirements of any qualification grade (See the annexes for details).
